Call for interns of the following projects

  1. Understandong components of deep learning models for medical image segmentation.

    This project will focus on developing some auditing tools to understand each component/layer of the neural networks for segmentation. We will espicifically focuse on neural networks such as U-Net and its extensions.

    Required Qualifications: PyTorch, U-Net

    Responsibilities: Using the developed auditing tools on various of U-Net, writing academic papers

    Work Location: Onside or Remote

  2. Ranking the images based on difficult of segmentation.

    This project will focus on developing some auditing tools to rank images based on their segmentation ability.

    Required Qualifications: PyTorch, U-Net, nnU-Net, Data collection
